The 2019 Tour de Yorkshire kicks off on Thursday 2 May in Doncaster, with a two-stage women’s race and a four-stage men’s race, culminating on Sunday 5 May in Leeds. Here’s everything we know about how you can follow it as it unfolds.

Tour de Yorkshire 2019

The fifth edition of the Tour de Yorkshire starts in Doncaster and takes place over four stages to finish in Leeds. It takes in all four corners of the county, including 150 villages, towns and cities along the way.

The Asda Tour de Yorkshire Women’s Race is a two-stage event that will take place over Friday 3 and Saturday 4 May.

The men’s race covers a total of 617.5km over four days, taking the peloton from Doncaster to Selby, through Barnsley, Bedale, Bridlington, Scarborough and Halifax, and then finishing up in Leeds.

The Asda Tour de Yorkshire Women’s Race covers 264km over two days, beginning in Barnsley and following the same route as the men’s race through Bedale and Bridlington, and culminating in Scarborough.
